Marcela Bakhshi
Marcela Bakhshi is a third-year Creative Industries student at Toronto Metropolitan University specializing in media business and storytelling in media. She has spent the last few years working in marketing, communications and content creation within the film and sports media industries. Marcela enjoys using her organizational and problem-solving skills to develop original media content. Her love of travelling and experiencing new cultures motivated her to participate in Global Campus Studio.

Caitlin Cahill
Caitlin Cahill is a Mad, Queer, creator; serial hobbyist, and dedicated problem solver. She is in her 5th year studying Production at the TMU School of Performance, with a Minor in Disability Studies. She is passionate about community care, especially within arts and culture, and dreams of working in non-profit organizations to promote accessibility in creative spaces. She believes that collaboration is such a huge part of building these global communities, and is truly thankful to have met an awesome team through the Global Campus Studio course!

Anneke Steller
Anneke Steller is a 20-year-old third-year student who is currently an exchange student at TMU. She grew up in a small Dutch city called Delft and studies at the University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam where she majors in Communication and Multimedia Design. She loves spending her free time hanging out with friends, going to the gym or going to the dance studio.

Mike McGlashan
Mike McGlashan is an illustrator currently based in Britain, though he has lived all over the place. He works in both traditional and digital media with a focus on nature, folklore and heavy metal illustration.

Angus Walsh
Angus Walsh is an illustrator, designer, creative, sketcher based in England, London that has an artistic background through and through. He has worked all around from hand to digital. Always been hard working through and through. Focus on collage, comic, punk and free hand illustrations. Been independently active since 2013-14.

Daniel Goldman
Daniel is a 22-year-old student completing his last year in the Creative Industries program at TMU, where he specializes in Storytelling and Media, as well as the Art and Business of Film. A driven, communicative, and energetic student with a passion for storytelling, film, and all things creative, Daniel has gained leadership experience through years of involvement in creative ventures both in school and extracurricularly, most notably directing TMU’s extracurricular Musical Theatre production of “Big Fish” in 2020.

Vaness López
Vanessa “VNEXXA” López-Vanegas (she/star/sol) is an 18-year-old film student at TMU who is currently in stars first year. A filmmaker, writer, poet, photographer and visual artist (working in digital and traditional), as well as the sole proprietor of art brand VNEXXART, VNEXXA is someone who centres her whole being in creating. Sol has worked alongside several independent artists (such as upcoming musician LUX) and created various fun, colour-filled music videos. As an unlabeled queer Latina, she feels extremely passionate about acceptance and representation (of all kinds) in the media she makes and consumes. VNEXXA’s other interests include video games, K-Pop, cyberpunk, and being active in internet-based fandoms.
